Synthflow's AI voice agents handle live customer conversations — scheduling, account queries, claims, collections. That means voices, personal details, and often health or payment data move through our platform every day. Protecting that data is a product requirement for us, not a compliance exercise.

This Trust Center is the single source for how we do it: certifications and audit reports, the controls behind them, our subprocessors, and where your data is stored. Most documents are available after submitting an access request and accepting our NDA.
